Yes. Every piece is fully insured from the moment it leaves our workshop until it is signed for at your door. If anything goes wrong in transit, we will repair or replace your jewellery at no cost to you.

UK prices include VAT and there is nothing more to pay. For deliveries outside the UK, local import duties and taxes may be charged by your customs authority on arrival; these are set by your country and are not collected by us.

We want you to love your jewellery for a lifetime. If a ready-to-wear piece is not quite right, return it unworn in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Engraved, resized and bespoke commissions are made especially for you and cannot be returned unless faulty. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 working days of your return passing inspection.

Ready-to-wear pieces can be exchanged for a different size, metal or design within 30 days. Contact our team for a prepaid, insured returns label — please never post fine jewellery by standard mail. Any price difference will be refunded or charged when your new piece is dispatched.
