Dispatched Within 2 Days

Ready-to-wear jewellery is carefully inspected, polished and presented in our signature gift box, then dispatched within two working days. Bespoke commissions are delivered 4–6 weeks after you approve your design — and we keep you updated at every stage.

Free Insured Delivery

Every UK order travels free of charge by fully insured, signed-for delivery. International orders are sent with a tracked, insured courier; any import duties or local taxes are payable on arrival.

Your Confirmation

As soon as your order leaves our workshop, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

For your security, high-value parcels are sent in discreet, unbranded packaging and always require a signature on delivery.

Your Order is on Its Way

Tracking can take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch. If your parcel has not arrived within the expected time, contact us with your order number and our team will liaise with the carrier on your behalf until it is safely in your hands.
